Use any of the Go Relief products and if you are not satisfied, return the item for a full refund under our Returns Policy.

 

RETURNS POLICY

Refund claims must be made within 14 days of the delivery date. Refunds do not include any postage and handling charges the purchaser or the vendor may have incurred when purchasing the product.

In some instances, the vendor may include part of the postage and handling as part of the retail price. This amount is not refundable  and will be deducted from what was displayed as the retail price at the time of purchase.  Postage and Handling is calculated at $8.95 per 500 grams. Express post will be calculated at 12.95 per 500 grams.

The refund guarantee only applies to the first order and only one item purchased.

If you are not satisfied with the product you are using from the Go Relief Range and have used the product for 1 week according to the application guidelines for purposes outlined on the label, please return the unused portion with all of its original packaging and original receipt to:

Go Relief Pty Ltd at 44 Stellar Place, Bundoora VIC 3083.

The Money-Back Guarantee is valid for purchases within Australia and only applies to products purchased online from Go Relief Pty Ltd or from an authorized stockist.
